Aveon Services seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team, providing exceptional care to individuals in the comfort of their homes. If you have a passion for making a positive impact on people's lives and possess the necessary skills, we want to hear from you!

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, feeding, laundry, light housekeeping, medication reminders , escorts to appointments, grocery shopping and errands .

- Monitor and report changes in health status.

- Provide companionship and emotional support.

- Follow care plans and ensure clients' well-being.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance the quality of care.

- Respite care

**Requirements:**

- Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or relevant certification.

- Compassionate and empathetic nature.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to adapt to various care environments.

- Reliable transportation.
